1. Status of Establishment

Ramaiah Institute of Science and Management (RISM) has received Letter of Intent (LOI) from the Government of India (GoI) under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 to establish a Deemed-to-be University. We are actively progressing toward this establishment, guided by the vision and mission outlined on this website.

2. Compliance with UGC Requirements

In accordance with the prevailing UGC regulations governing Institutions Deemed to be Universities, the University has uploaded all information relevant to its current stage of establishment. Additional statutory disclosures will be duly uploaded upon issuance of formal notification by GoI.

3. Purpose of This Website

The information currently available on this website is intended to:

• Communicate the vision, mission, and key objectives of the proposed University.
• Provide insights into the planned academic offerings.
• Enable prospective students, parents, faculty members, collaborators, and stakeholders to understand opportunities for engagement with the University.
• Gauge academic and professional interest in studying at or working with the University.

4. Notification of Courses and Programs

All course and programmes offered in RISM commencing from August 2026 are approved by AICTE Govt of India.
